The aim of this research was to examine the notable distinctions in Mental Toughness (viz., Self Confidence and Motivation,) among International level, National level, All India University level and State level male and female shooter. The study focused on a sample of four hundred (N=400) male and female shooters, aged between 18 and 40 years. This sample was drawn from participants competing at the International level, National level, All India University level, and State levels. The study employed a purposive sampling method to identify its participants. This technique is characterized by its low level of precision, as it involves selecting the most readily available subjects. Additionally, it represents the least expensive option for the researcher concerning time, effort, and financial resources. One-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA): Used to determine the impact of Mental Toughness on The Performance of Shooting Players of Northen Region at Different level of Participation. Self-Confidence: The one-way ANOVA results for self-confidence across different competition levels (International, National, All India University, and State). The analysis indicates no significant difference in self-confidence among the groups (F = 0.346, p = 0.792), suggesting that competition level does not have a meaningful impact on self-confidence. Motivation: the one-way ANOVA results for motivation across different competition levels. The analysis reveals a significant difference between groups (F = 3.181, p = 0.025), indicating that motivation levels vary depending on the competition level.
