This survey-based study investigates the level of injury awareness and prevention knowledge among physical education students at Barkatullah University, Bhopal. A total of 150 students aged 18 to 23 participated in the research, providing responses to a structured questionnaire covering injury causes, first aid practices, and preventive strategies. Results revealed that while a majority of students were aware of common sports injuries, a substantial portion lacked formal training in injury management and first aid. The study emphasizes the need for injury prevention education to be integrated more systematically into physical education curricula. Strengthening students' practical knowledge can enhance their ability to safely manage sports-related risks and reduce injury occurrence.
