Vinyasa flow yoga, a vigorous and physically taxing form of yoga, has become well-known for improving mental clarity, physical fitness, and general well-being. The effect of vinyasa flow yoga on core strength a vital aspect of functional fitness and injury prevention is examined in this study. Via a hands-on approach, this study investigates the physiological mechanisms via which vinyasa flow yoga works the core muscles, assesses how well it works to increase core strength, and offers insights into how it might be used as a core-strengthening exercise type. The results indicate that vinyasa flow yoga is a beneficial supplement to fitness programs since it dramatically improves core strength, stability, and endurance when practiced regularly.
