Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) remains a leading cause of global mortality. Aerobic exercise is a safe, low-risk intervention that may enhance functional outcomes in post-operative CAD patients. This randomized controlled trial included 30 patients (>40 years) who underwent 3 weeks of supervised aerobic training (3 sessions/week, 30 minutes/session). Hand grip strength and dexterity were assessed pre- and post-intervention using a dynamometer and the Purdue Pegboard Test. Results showed significant improvement in both parameters, indicating that aerobic exercise is effective in enhancing hand function in post-operative CAD patients.
