This study investigates the impact of the Swasth Bachche Swasth Bharat (SBSB) Model on the physical fitness and academic performance of primary school children in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. With a sample size of 100 students from Classes 1 to 3 in government schools, the study employed Assessment of SBSB model design to assess changes in health and learning outcomes. Physical fitness parameters such as Locomotor Skill, were evaluated alongside academic scores. The results revealed a significant improvement in both physical and academic performance following the implementation of the SBSB Model. The study also found a positive correlation between fitness levels and academic success, suggesting that structured physical activity enhances cognitive function, classroom behavior, and overall learning capacity. Despite challenges like limited infrastructure and lack of trained personnel, the SBSB Model demonstrated measurable benefits and supports National Education Policies that advocate for the integration of health and wellness in school curricula. The findings affirm that holistic development through health and education can be effectively achieved when fitness is treated as an essential pillar of the academic framework.
