Abstract:

The psychological health has become an increasingly important area of focus in sports science, particularly in competitive environments where athletes face significant performance demands. Recognizing this need, the present study explores the levels of stress, anxiety, and depression among inter-college tennis players in Belagavi. Tennis, being both physically demanding and psychologically intense, requires athletes to manage various emotional pressures. Understanding their mental health status is essential for improving performance, well-being, and support systems.
